Our warranty

Projector/TV lamps (with housing)come with 180 days warranty, Projector/TV bare lamps (without housing) come with 90 days warranty beginning from the date the original tax invoice, unless otherwise stated. Any fault that is deemed to be due to manufacturing will be covered by the warranty.

Exclusion from Coverage, but not limited to

·       Improper installation of the items by you or any other party resulting in failure to your lamps.

·       Damage to the lamps caused by failure of any part of the projector or TV.

·       Damage to the lamps caused by power surge.

·       Physical damage to any part of the lamp for any reason including but not limited to water, dust or moisture damage, improper usage of the product, dropped product, collision with another object, damage to the outside casing, abuse, misuse, neglect, fire, natural disasters, intentional or accidental damage by third parties.

Warranty Claim
To lodge a warranty claim, simply use Online RGA Form.Our technical team will assess the defects as soon as we received your claim. If approved, we will notify you to send us the item. If it is deemed beyond repair by our service team, we will exchange the product for an identical one, or similar one of equal or greater price, depending on stock availability. Replacement of the product or a part does not extend or restart the Warranty Term. You should read our terms and conditions for more information on warranty.
