A full refund is available at any time prior to shipping or prior to your order has been processed or prior to invoice has been issued. This includes pre ordered items. If the item has already been shipped at the time that your request is processed by us, we accept new and unused items within 14 days from receiving your item. You need to lodge a Return Goods Authorisation online. One of our customer care team member will contact wihin two business days with directions. Postages incurred for sending the items back to us borne by buyer. A Restocking fee will be charged at 30% of purchase price. Returned items must be accompanies by your original purchase invoice. You must return items in new and in its original condition with all original materials included with the shipment. Refunds will not be processed until the item has been received and inspected by us. We will offer a refund less restocking fee and our shipping cost, based on the original payment method within 7 days. We may offer a partial refund for used products or damaged products. A restocking fee will apply depending on the condition of the product: Original condition and package 30%; Missing packaging or minor damage 30% – 50%; No packaging or major damage 50% – 70%

All our orders are inspected for defects before shipment. In an unfortunate case which you receive a incorrect or defect item, please fill Return Goods Authorisation online within 24 hours of receipt. Kindly provide us with a brief explanation, your order number, product model, SKU, name, contact details. One of our customer care team member will contact you within two business days with directions. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue you a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and a partial refund may be issued, restocking fee will apply. Original shipping charges associated with the products, or $10 for each item, whichever is greater, will be deducted from your refund.
Please note:
· The item is your responsibility until it is returned us. It must be returned to us in its original condition.
· The item must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt.
· Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue you a refund or exchange, if the product is defective or due to our error. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees and restocking fee will apply and a partial refund will be issued.
· If the defect is found to be inflicted after we have delivered the item, we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange.
Customers returning parcels to us must provide proof of postage like tracking number and our address indicated on the returned parcel. It would be better to send via registered mail or courier with tracking number.

It is very important that you inspect your product upon delivery, as you will be required to sign a form confirming that it was received in a good condition. Any damage caused by delivery must report to us online via Return Goods Authorisation Form
Return Processing Time
Return processing may take up to 7 days from the date your return shipment is received by our warehouse. Diagnostic tests for certain returned products may extend the return processing time. Confirmation emails will be sent upon the completion of return processing. If the new piece of item is not available for exchange you will be refunded based on the original payment method within 7 days.
Non-Returnable Items
Any items specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page will not be accepted for returns.
